Shipping
Shipping will be added to your purchase at checkout when using my shop, or I will add it to your invoice for commissions. I always make sure that I package pieces carefully to make sure that nothing gets damaged in transit.
Local pick up
If you're London based, I can hand deliver your piece at a time convenient to you. I'd love to have a chat and a cup of tea as well if you've got time! Just let me know and we can arrange.
International Shipping
Yes, I ship internationally!
In my shop, shipping costs will be automatically worked out based on your location at checkout. For commissions, I will send you options of couriers.
I can't guarantee that you will avoid customs charges, but I'll do everything I can to make sure things go as smoothly as possible.

How often do you release new collections?
I don’t have a specific schedule, but at the moment I’m releasing my first collection soon and seeing how it goes. I want to make sure that all my work sells to minimise waste and make my studio sustainable. I will always let you know in advance when the next collection is available. Do sign up to my newsletter to be the first to hear when you can purchase my newest collection.
How can I make sure I get the piece I want?
Best way to keep up to date is to sign up to my newsletter and follow me on social media where you’ll be the first to know when the next collection is available for purchase.
What is your work made of?
I use a variety of yarns including wool, cotton, linen, jute and paper. I try to source them from sustainably conscious or surplus yarn stores and sometimes dye them myself with natural dyes.
How do I take care of my piece?
Whatever you do, do not put your piece in the washing machine. The piece could lose its colour or could change its shape. All my work is hand-wash only. For wall hangings, I would give it a little dust.
I really liked some of your past work. Can I get that piece again?
I only make one version of each piece. However, if you have something particular in mind, do email me for commissions.
